CoreNet Global Arizona is taking part in a Habitat for Humanity Build Day on April 21 from 6:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Kala Roy Home, 921 S. Montezuma St., in Phoenix.
CoreNet Global Arizona is looking for volunteers interested in participating in this build day. No construction experience is necessary. Volunteers are guided by trained Habitat leaders through the task of the day.
Participating in Habitat for Humanity Build Days helps bring affordable housing to local families and giving people a shot at an improved life. Benefits include better health and education as the result of kids who grow up in a Habitat home.
“CoreNet Global Arizona is proud to partner with Habitat for Humanity to build strength, stability, and self-reliance in the community,” said Simon Davis, President of CoreNet Global Arizona. “We are excited to help raise awareness that we can build self-reliance through shelter. We look forward to working hard, having fun with this event and changing the world one person at a time.”
