CBRE announced the addition of two brokerage professionals, First Vice President Mike Parker and Senior Associate Evan Koplan, to its Phoenix office.
The duo come to CBRE from Colliers International, where they have worked since 1992 and 2006, respectively.
Parker and Koplan focus on the Southeast Valley and Sky Harbor Airport area, where they provide a spectrum of commercial real estate brokerage services including sales, leasing, landlord and tenant representation, land acquisition and development, and building sales to investors and occupiers of all industrial property types. In the past two years, the team completed 36 sales transactions and leased more than 500,000 SF of warehouse space.
Parker graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, with a diploma of Real Estate Marketing. He is a member of NAIOP and a resident of Scottsdale.
Koplan has a bachelor’s degree in regional development and a minor in business administration from the University of Arizona. He is also a member of NAIOP, where he serves on the Developing Leaders Membership Committee. Koplan is also a resident of Scottsdale.
“Mike and Evan have established themselves as two of the premier industrial properties specialists in the market,” said Craig Henig, CBRE’s senior managing director and Arizona market leader. “Adding brokers of their caliber will not only enhance our ability to provide real estate solutions for any of our clients’ specialized needs, but significantly strengthens our team of best-in-class industrial professionals.”
