Ryan Companies US. Inc., a comprehensive commercial real estate services company, announced today the addition of John DiVall to the team in its Southwest region. DiVall brings a thirty year track record as a developer of office and industrial projects in multiple markets to the Ryan team.
After spending the last 20 years at Liberty Property Trust, DiVall joins Ryan as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development. DiVall will pursue clients and projects in the office and industrial markets. Responsible for opening Liberty’s Arizona office over 10 years ago, DiVall has completed more than four million square feet of office and industrial space in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe.

DiVall serves on NAIOP’s corporate board of directors, is a longtime Arizona NAIOP board member, and serves on the boards of directors for the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC), and the Arizona Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
