Guests participated in an iconic hero and villains costume contest plus silent and live auctions including a bid on a luxury, in-ground swimming pool from Presidential Pools. The night culminated with a raffle for a 2019 Chevy Tahoe provided by Freeway Chevrolet. Other notable sponsors for the event included Earnhardt Auto Centers, Rite-Way Thermal, Precision Installation, Bourdo Family, USA BMX, APEX Temp Air, Marx Productions Inc. and Hawkeye Electric.

“Raising this record amount makes us extremely proud because it means we can help so many kiddos and their families,” said Scott Bourdo, event chair. “Seeing the community come out every year to support our cause is inspiring and heartwarming.”

For those looking to donate to the Compadres, they can receive the Qualifying Charitable Organizations (QCO) tax credit. Single individuals can donate up to $400 and get double the amount back, and married individuals can donate up to $800 for credit.

Founded in 1986, Arizona-based Severtson Screens is an award-winning global leader in innovative and quality projection screens in the home theater, pro AV, and cinema markets.
