Hypur promotes Tyler Beuerlein to C-Suite
Hypur Inc. (Hypur) announced the newest addition to its C-Suite. Tyler Beuerlein now serves as Chief Revenue Officer for the Scottsdale-based FinTech company that provides banking and payments solutions for cash-intensive industries such as cannabis, CBD, and money services businesses.

Beuerlein was promoted from his role as Executive Vice President of Business Development. In that capacity, he was tasked with building relationships with financial institutions, national and state-level associations, integrated software vendors, as well as multi-state operators in the cannabis industry. Since Beuerlein joined the company in 2015, Hypur has become the leader in cannabis compliance for the banking industry. Legacy Traditional Schools announces principal
Legacy Traditional Schools, a popular Arizona network of “A”-rated public charter schools, announced that Stephanie Becher will serve as the inaugural principal of its new West Surprise campus. The new school marks Legacy’s second in the Surprise area and 16th in Arizona, and will serve grades K-8 beginning in fall 2020.
Becher is a Surprise resident with strong community ties. She has been with Legacy’s current Surprise campus since 2017, originally as a kindergarten teacher and most recently as assistant principal. Her husband is a Sergeant with the Surprise Police Department.
“As a Legacy parent, educator and proud Surprise resident, I’m tremendously thankful for the opportunity to open this new campus in our community,” said Becher. “Surprise is where I began my teaching career. Two of my daughters attend Legacy, and my youngest is counting down the days until she gets to join the Legacy family as a kindergartner. This school has truly become home for our family, and I’m honored to get to help bring a world-class education experience to even more students and families in Surprise.”
Prior to joining Legacy, Becher worked for nine years as a kindergarten teacher at Candeo Schools in Peoria (2015-2017) and Mountain View High School in Waddell (2009-2015). She is currently working toward the completion of a Doctoral program for a degree in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
Sundt welcomes back Amy Bojorquez
Sundt Construction, Inc. has welcomed Amy Bojorquez back to the company’s Tucson office as a business development representative.
“We are thrilled to have Amy back,” said Ian McDowell, Vice President and Tucson Regional Director for the Building Group. “Her experience with business development, especially at Sundt, will have a positive impact on our team and bring new opportunities to the table.”
In addition to the business development responsibilities, Bojorquez will assume responsibilities of estimating administrator, taking over from Aly Gartin who recently retired after working 35 years with the company.
Bojorquez started at Sundt in 2002 as a business development coordinator for the Building’s Arizona District, where she was responsible for compiling introductory marketing packages, tracking employee certifications, updating resumes, and managing the business development reports. After her role as business development coordinator, Bojorquez served as a senior proposal specialist, coordinating, researching, and preparing formal proposal packages as well as managing proposal schedules and interview support.
Dr. Bob Bohanske is honored as ASPPB Fellow
Southwest Behavioral and Health Services (SB&H) announced that Dr. Bob Bohanske, known as Dr. Bob, has been appointed as a fellow of the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB). Selected by the ASPPB Board of Directors, the designation acknowledges outstanding contributions to the organization and the regulation of psychology.
“We are thrilled for Dr. Bob to be recognized for his accomplishments in the field of psychology,” said Southwest Behavioral & Health Services CEO Steven Sheets. “This award only reinforces that Dr. Bob is a master of his craft and we are very fortunate to have him on our team.”
Established in 1990, ASPPB fellows are individuals who have given outstanding service to ASPPB and to the field of professional psychology regulation and licensing or certification.
“It’s an honor to be recognized for my commitment to psychology and bettering the community,” said Bohanske. “I’m eager to represent Arizona as the only current fellow from the state.”
