Source of pride:I am proud of the way that I’ve been able to see leadership traits in those who didn’t at first see it in themselves, and the way that I’ve challenged these leaders to grow and use their voice to impact change in healthcare.  I’m also proud of the work I have done to recruit physicians to communities that need them.”

The personality trait that helped you succeed:I have an ability to relate to others, sense what they may be feeling and communicate with them in a meaningful way.”

The personality trait that got you into trouble:We had one phone line at our house…and I was ALWAYS on it!

Best childhood memory:My best childhood memory is the time I spent studying and performing classical ballet, jazz and modern dance.  It gave me an appreciation for the arts, taught me how to work hard and showed me how to maintain composure under pressure.”
