Carvana plans to hire 450 in Phoenix

Carvana, a leading e-commerce platform for buying and selling used vehicles, is hiring for 450 open customer care positions in the Phoenix area. In 2021, Carvana ranked No. 9 on Forbes’ America’s Best Mid-Sized Employers list.

Carvana is looking to fill 450 full-time hourly positions on its Customer Care team. The Customer Care team will guide the consumer through their car-buying journey, answer questions, resolve issues, and serve as an Advocate during the customer’s purchase and post purchase experience.

High school diploma/GED, ability to work full-time hours, including one weekend shift, and internet access is required. Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

This role is currently remote/home-based, with the intention of returning to Carvana’s Tempe corporate office in the future.
