>> Yeager Provisor Properties LLC of Redondo Beach, Calif., purchased a 7,783 SF, single-tenant restaurant building occupied by Macayo’s Mexican Kitchen.
The property is at 12637 S. 48th St. in Phoenix. Joseph Compagno of CBRE’s Phoenix office represented the buyer and the seller, Waynio Building Corporation of Glendale in negotiating the $1.97M sale. Macayo’s Mexican Kitchen restaurant will remain a tenant in the building on a long-term lease.
>> Kings Apartments LLC of Phoenix purchased the Kings Apartments, a 24-unit multi-family property at 1717 W. Missouri Ave. in Phoenix. Brian Smuckler and Jeff Seaman of CBRE’s Multi-Housing Private Capital Group in Phoenix represented the buyer and the seller, Jason and Faranak Abbey of Novato, Calif., in negotiating the $530,000 transaction.
