CBRE Completes Sale of 5 Properties in Metro Phoenix
CBRE completed five separate sales transactions involving the following retail properties located throughout Metro Phoenix
>> Seaspray LLC of Boulder, Colo., purchased Shea Retail Center (above photo), a 12,716 SF retail strip center at 7337 E. Shea Blvd. in Scottsdale. Steve Julius and Jesse Goldsmith of CBRE’s Phoenix office represented the seller, WFC East Shea Blvd of Phoenix, in negotiating the $3M transaction. The buyer was represented by Mark Rein of Rein & Grossoehme in Phoenix.
>> SPIM LLLP of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, purchased 75th & Lower Buckeye Retail Center, a 13,502 SF neighborhood center at 7710 W. Lower Buckeye Rd. in Phoenix. Julius and Goldsmith represented the buyer and the seller, Russell Geyser of Encinitas, Calif., in negotiating the $1.83M transaction.
>> Davis Enterprises of Phoenix purchased Baseline Center, a 20,100 SF neighborhood center at 1824 and 1916 W. Baseline Rd. in Mesa. Julius and Goldsmith, along with Max Bippus and Becky Wells, also in CBRE’s Phoenix office, represented the buyer and seller, Pacific Western Bank of San Diego, Calif. The sale price was $1.25M.
>> NPS Pool Supply of Las Vegas purchased Thunderbird Plaza, a 16,545 SF neighborhood center at 4716-4718 E. Thunderbird Rd. in Phoenix. Julius and Goldsmith represented the seller, Coastline RE Holdings Corp. of San Diego, in negotiating the $920,000 sale. The buyer was represented by Mitch Stravitz and Bruce Campbell, also in CBRE’s Phoenix office.
>> Center at McDowell Investors LLC of Phoenix, has purchased McDowell Commercial Center, a 13,050-square-foot retail center located at 2130, 2140 and 2154 E. McDowell Road in Phoenix. Julius and Goldsmith represented the buyer and the seller, Cactus Invest Inc. of Scottsdale. The sale price was $570,000.
