Mentor Properties Inc. purchased the Aztec Apartments, a 12-unit multi-family property located at 3611 N. 5th Ave. in Phoenix for $660,000.
The sellers were Patrick and Rebecca Prendiville. Brian Smuckler and Jeff Seaman of CBRE’s Multi-Housing Private Capital Group in Phoenix represented both the buyer and the seller in negotiating the transaction.
