CBRE negotiated a multi-family sales transaction as Arizona Investco Ltd. of Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, purchased Oberon Place Apartments, a 24-unit property at 1822 N. 32nd St. in Phoenix.
Brian Smuckler and Jeff Seaman of CBRE’s Multi-Housing Private Capital Group in Phoenix represented the seller, Oberon Place Apartments LLC of Scottsdale, and negotiated the $840,000 sales transaction.
