CBRE negotiated the acquisition of a freestanding retail building at 4330 E. Broadway Blvd. in Tucson.
The site will become the new regional headquarters campus for the Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona.
Paul Schloss and David Montijo of CBRE’s Tucson office represented the buyer, Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona, in negotiating the $500,000 purchase price and providing strategic site selection services to its Site Development Team.
The seller, Tucson Dynamo Restaurants Inc., of Scottsdale, was represented by Rick Borane and Terry Dalstrom of the Volk Company in Tucson.
Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona has already launched its capital campaign to fund the development of the new facility, which is anticipated to break ground towards the end of the year.
