Attraction to career: “I am very operationally focused. It isn’t just the numbers, it’s understanding how the business runs and how people work. So, I realized that finance has a power of using numbers and managing budgets, but also getting things done. If you can figure out how to work with people and numbers at the same time, it is a really a good spot to be very influential in your organization. And I enjoy being able to influence the success if businesses.”
