Cheers, applause, admiration: Huge crowd honors Arizona’s top companies

Arizona’s business elite shined bright as a packed house honored Arizona’s top companies and leaders at the 16th Annual Arizona’s Most Admired Companies Awards, present by Az Business magazine and BestCompaniesAZ at Chateau Luxe in Phoenix.

“In selecting Arizona’s Most Admired Companies, the judging committee identifies companies that show strong leadership, a commitment to the communities, and concern for their employees and customers,” said Amy Lindsey, vice president and publisher at AZ Big Media, which publishes Az Business magazines. “The committee then ranks each company in five categories that have become the pillars of the Most Admired Companies program: Customer opinion, innovation, leadership excellence, social responsibility and workplace culture.”

From hundreds of nominations, 50 of Arizona’s top companies were selected as Arizona’s Most Admired Companies of 2025.

“Arizona’s Most Admired Companies have proven they can solve problems, inspire employees and build a workforce culture where casual Fridays are board shorts and sports bras every day after June,” joked AZ Big Media Editor in Chief Michael Gossie.
