Mastro’s Restaurants, famous for Mastro’s City Hall Steakhouse in Scottsdale, signed a lease with Randy Buncheck, managing Director of Westwood Financial, for its newest restaurant concept, Steak 44.
The new restaurant will be located at 44th St. & Camelback Rd. in Arcadia. Josh Gosnell and Trent Rustan of Commercial Properties, Inc., represented Mastro’s in identifying the location at the NEC of 44th Street and Camelback, in the Camelback Village Center.
Gosnell and Rustan ultimately negotiated the 7,136 SF lease of the former Cork & Cleaver restaurant.
“This is truly a great location for a restaurant, and it deserved the best steak operator. Nobody does it better than Mastro’s,” Rustan said. “Steak 44 promises to offer its own unique design elements while keeping true to the Mastro’s goal — to provide every guest with a truly memorable experience.”
