Kercsmar & Feltus PLLC signed a 10-year lease to relocate the law firm to the office building at Scottsdale Fashion Square.
The firm, which focuses on business litigation, has leased 13,235 SF at the prominent office property. The building, 7150 E. Camelback Rd., contains 120,000 SF of space.

Kercsmar & Feltus PLLC will join other noteworthy tenants ADP, Regus, Cor Solutions, ETrade and Kona Grill at the office building. The law firm currently operates from the Scottsdale Forum project at 6263 N. Scottsdale Rd. and will relocate in August.
Latvaaho serves as exclusive leasing agent for the Scottsdale Fashion Square office building.
