Lewis Roca Rothgerber announced that associate Matthew Engle was elected to the Executive Council of the Business Section of the State Bar of Arizona. He will serve on the council until 2016.
Engle is an associate in the firm’s Business Transactions practice group. His practice spans a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business entity formation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and franchise law. Engle is also a member of the LLC Subcommittee of the Arizona State Bar Business Section’s Legislative Committee.
