The Desert West Region office of Lincoln Property Company announced Lee & Associates has been selected to oversee leasing for Camelback Square.

The Lee & Associates team of Bill Blake, Craig Coppola, Andrew Cheney and Colton Trauter will manage the leasing for Camelback Square, a 172,690 SF, 3-story building at 6991 E. Camelback Rd. near the intersection of Scottsdale and Camelback roads in Scottsdale.

Newly renovated, Camelback Square features a sleek and contemporary design and a fully landscaped courtyard with a fountain and seating areas. The property features proximity to the highly desirable Scottsdale Fashion Square with its anchor tenants: Barneys New York, Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom. In addition, the W Hotel and Scottsdale Waterfront are within walking distance. Camelback Square is also located near the heart of old town Scottsdale with a multitude of restaurants and retail amenities. Lincoln Property Company oversees property management for the building.

In a recent transaction at Camelback Square, homebuilder Ashton Woods signed an expansion lease for 11,500 SF. The homebuilder previously occupied 5,400 SF. Based in Atlanta, Ashton Woods Homes is a builder of eco-friendly and energy-efficient new homes. The company is a subsidiary of Great Gulf Group.
