Jessica Holliday

Vice president of psychiatric service

Denova Collaborative Health

Background: Holliday’s extensive nursing background and 11 years tenure at HonorHealth, coupled with her Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health, highlights her expertise and commitment to the Arizona mental health community. Her passion for mental health care started during her nursing journey with acute psychiatric patients. She has over 18 years of healthcare experience and has always been driven to provide quality care for all socioeconomic statuses.

Key to success: “My success is deeply rooted in my unwavering passion for advocating on behalf of the mental health community. In a society where access to mental healthcare remains a significant challenge, I am committed to enhancing access to quality care for all populations and social statuses. Mental healthcare is healthcare, and it deserves our utmost attention and prioritization.”

Source of pride: “The combination of building an incredible team who shares the same vision to provide quality service to our community and being a change agent in a rapidly growing population has made me proud to be a mental health practitioner at Denova. Working with my team to destigmatize mental illness, promote the use of mental health services in our community and then to provide that tangible support is so rewarding.”

Surprising fact: “Surprisingly, I’ve completed two half marathons. Despite my genuine enjoyment of hiking and CrossFit, running has never been my favorite activity. But sometimes, peer pressure can be quite persuasive.”
