NAI Horizon announced the hiring of Russ Warner, Senior Vice President, Manufactured Housing and Self Storage.
Warner spent 16 years as an appraiser with Winius Montandon, holding the designation of MAI, and was president of the Phoenix Chapter of the Appraisal Institute in 1999.
In 1997, Warner made the decision to enter brokerage and joined Grubb & Ellis where he focused on Industrial/Office and Investments. He became a partner when the office became a Grubb affiliate and remained there through the transition to BRE and Cassidy Turley.
Warner has specialized for the past 10 years in the sale of manufactured housing communities, RV parks and self-storage. Over that time he has become one of only a handful of highly recognized experts in these specialized investment segments.
