2 Ameriprise advisors named 2021 Five Star Wealth Managers

Matt MacLean, CFP®, ChFC®, CRPC®, CKA®, a Private Wealth Advisor, and Michael Gombrich, CFP®, APMA®, ChFC®, a Financial Advisor, with Affirm Wealth Advisors, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC in Peoria, Arizona have been named recipients of the 2021 Five Star Wealth Manager award by Five Star Professional. The award goes to less than seven percent of the wealth managers in the region based on research administered by Five Star Professional, a third-party research firm. To receive the Five Star Wealth Manager award, a wealth manager must meet 10 objective eligibility and evaluation criteria associated with providing quality services to clients including client retention rates, client assets administered, firm review and favorable regulatory and complaint history.

Matt graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Business and Communication. He has 19 years of experience in the financial services industry. As a Private Wealth Advisor, Matt provides financial advice that is anchored in a solid understanding of client needs and expectations and is provided in one-on-one relationships with his clients.

Mike graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Business Administration, International Macroeconomics. He has 8 years of experience in the financial services industry. This is Mike’s third consecutive year receiving the Five Star Wealth Manager award.

Phoenix West Commercial hires two industry professionals

Phoenix West Commercial continued to grow its West Valley footprint with the hiring of a Sales Associate and a Transaction Coordinator/Executive Assistant.

Gavin Cooper joins PWC as a Sales Associate. He will utilize his retail and restaurant management experience to help retail clients and restaurant owners find suitable and profitable locations. Cooper joins PWC from eXp Realty, where he was a commercial and residential agent.

Danielle Jurgens joins PWC as Transaction Coordinator/Executive Assistant. Jurgens will be responsible for assisting the brokerage team including drafting and managing transaction documents, listings, marketing, and commissions. Jurgens joins PWC after spending four years as Principal at AAEC Estrella Mountain High School.

A native of St. Louis, Cooper is a member of the Central Arizona CCIM Chapter and the Phoenix Association of Realtors. He attended the Colorado Institute of Culinary Art.  Away from the office Cooper enjoys spending time outdoors with his four children, fishing or riding dirt bikes. He also coaches his sons’ baseball team.

A native of St. Clair, Michigan, Jurgens earned a Master’s in Administration and Education Leadership from the University of Phoenix and bachelors of science from Western Michigan University. Away from the office, Jurgens enjoys spending time with her daughter. She also enjoys nature, yoga and reading.

Integro Bank (Proposed) hires senior executives

Integro Bank (Proposed) announced the hiring of two highly experienced operational executives, Danielle Fredey and John Parsons, to accelerate the build-out of their proposed small-business bank.

Fredey joined Integro as Senior Vice President, Director of Deposit & Lending Operations. She is a Six Sigma Black Belt expert who will focus on building the digital operations to support the needs of the bank’s targeted small business clients. Fredey brings more than 30 years financial services experience including leadership roles at GE Capital, Key Bank, TD Bank, and Fiserv.  She has a BA from Hiram College and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

“Danielle’s experience with some of the nation’s leading financial services and technology organizations, as well as her Six Sigma Black Belt operational success, will help us deliver a favorable experience designed specifically for our targeted small business clients,” Elaine Szeto, Executive Vice President & Chief Innovation Officer, said.

Parsons joined Integro as Vice President, Director of IT and is tasked with overseeing technology, information systems, cyber security, governance, and digital strategy. He has over 20 years of experience, most recently as VP in IT Operations at Western Alliance Bank, and holds a BA from Michigan State University and a BS from ITT Technical Institute.
