The Arizona Technology Council today announced Mark Kirstein and Linc Miller of Sandler Training have been appointed as facilitators of the Arizona Technology Council Phoenix Executive Roundtable (formerly known as the CEO Network). Kirstein and Miller are co-owners of Sandler Training by Mercury Professional Development. The team will leverage their deep business experience and acumen to continue the Council’s mission of creating a forum where business executives can discuss current challenges and receive trusted advice from their peers.

“After first engaging Mark and Linc to contribute sales and management training for the Arizona Technology Council staff, we asked them to facilitate our exclusive Executive Roundtable,” said Steven G. Zylstra, president and CEO of the Arizona Technology Council. “Mark and Linc will leverage their backgrounds as former CEOs and professional development experts to help this group of technology leaders solve real business challenges.”

Arizona Technology Council’s Executive Roundtable uses a peer-to-peer board of advisors model and assembles business leaders to address current issues facing each of their companies. This group provides a confidential, non-competitive environment for sharing experience-based knowledge to solve business problems faced by every CEO.

“We have a passion for helping business leaders optimize their business performance and are excited to help this group improve their effectiveness,” said Kirstein. “With direct experience as CEOs, as well as experience advising the leaders of dozens of executives throughout many industries, Linc and I are looking forward to both sharing and receiving advice from the prestigious participants.”
