Prospective homebuyers at Vistancia can now receive a glimpse into the master planned community’s diverse new home neighborhoods and active lifestyle with a swipe of a finger on its new 40-inch interactive touch display — the first of its kind for Arizona — at its newly redesigned Information Center.

Bright Door Systems of Raleigh, N.C., is behind the leading edge technology system which tells the story of Vistancia from a developer overview to its active lifestyle, rich amenities, recreational experiences, neighborhoods, diverse home product and pricing utilizing dynamic, interactive macro to micro maps detailing the wide range of community offerings, amenities and future development for a collaborative experience.

Potential buyers can take a virtual tour of Vistancia’s three unique lifestyle communities — The Village at Vistancia featuring a multi-generational family community; Blackstone at Vistancia, a private gated golf community offering luxury homes and custom homesites; and Trilogy at Vistancia, an active adult resort community – in addition to Vistancia’s additional 3,450 acres planned for future residential and 500-acre commercial core instantly showcasing so much life available in one place.

When people have an interactive informational experience using touch, their interest and commitment heightens and they can actually begin selling themselves through the direct involvement process, according to Deven Spear, founder and CEO of Bright Door.

The new interior design of the Vistancia Information Center features a modern and updated feel to speak to the active demographic of the community, says Claudia Gerster, principal of Creative License International of Tempe, the interior designer and planning company for the new Information Center. Caliente Construction of Mesa was the general contractor.

A natural and fresh color palette features tangerine, greens from the desert landscape, and naturally distressed and dark wood blending for a clean and natural environment. A new reception/hospitality area was built featuring a reception counter with custom barstools and hand-blown decorative glass accents providing a more inviting and comfortable space.

In addition, new enhancements include a redesigned fireplace with a walnut-stained mantel, tangerine suede window treatments and new patio furniture bringing the indoors out, reflecting the center’s interior color scheme.

New 5- by 8-feet framed vibrant art displays hang from the ceiling, telling the story of living at Vistancia in a more modern and dramatic way with life-size photography featuring residents and amenities of the vibrant and visually stunning Sonoran desert community.

The redesigned and renovated Vistancia Information Center was the final component of a strategic branding initiative to communicate the unique and actively selling communities within the 7,100-acre master plan and to enhance the visitor experience at the Information Center which recently relocated to the Blackstone at Vistancia community off of Lone Mountain Parkway. Additional new marketing communication initiatives included a new website vistancia.com, community brochures and advertising campaigns.

“Exciting changes have been created at Vistancia with a refreshed branding and marketing campaign for attracting new residents,” said Mark Hammons, vice president/general manager of Vistancia. “The heart of the newly designed Information Center, the interactive touchscreen map educates prospective buyers in a most unique and engaging way about our three distinctive communities and the future of Vistancia,” he said.

“From the playful spirit at The Village at Vistancia to a comfortable luxury found in Blackstone at Vistancia and the genuine, overall feeling of being connected by pure, unspoiled nature away from the bustle of the city, we do have the best of everything,” Hammons added.

Builder interest in Vistancia is stronger than ever with four new builders coming to the community with new models and product by mid-2013.
