- La Ville, a 19-unit community located at 4231 North 27th Street in Phoenix, sold for $1.25 million. The buyer was 3311 North 18th Street, LLC of Phoenix, Arizona. The seller was TWM Arizona Two, LLC of Saratoga, California.
- Laird, a 12-unit property located at 317 West McDowell Road in Phoenix, sold for $1.11 million. The Buyer was 317 W McDowell Road, LLC of La Jolla, California. The Seller was Laird Apartments LLC, of Phoenix, Arizona.
- Rosa Vista Manor, an 11-unit property located at 7537 North 21st Avenue in Phoenix, sold for $700,000. The Buyer was Bryan Nash of Orange, California. The Seller was Sir Julian, LLC, of Phoenix, Arizona.
