Estrella by Newland Communities will host its 10th Tour of Homes event on October 20 and 21 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. During the two-day community wide open house, visitors can tour more than 80 properties including 12 new model homes, custom home sites, quick move-ins, and resale homes. Maps are available for pick up at the Estrella New Home Information Center – located at 10300 S. Estrella Pkwy, Goodyear, AZ 85338 – to guide home shoppers to each of the homes on the tour along with key amenities in Estrella. The event is free and open to the public.
“Our Tour of Homes events make it easy for visitors to explore the community and to see a lot of home buying options at one time,” said Bill Olson, Senior Vice President and Division Manager for Newland Communities. “It’s a great way to experience not just the homes but also the lifestyle offered here in Estrella.”
This event features Estrella’s twelve homebuilders and highlights several distinctive neighborhoods with homes in a diverse range of styles, sizes, prices, floor plans, and customizable options. Floor plans range from 1,220 to more than 3,800 square feet and start in the low $200s.
Tour of Homes also provides a great opportunity to check out Estrella’s highly regarded 72 acres of lakes, more than 40 miles of paths and trails, and two residents clubs, all situated in the foothills of the Sierra Estrella Mountain Range.
