Flix Brewhouse, coming to Chandler’s new Overstreet development this winter, is looking to hire up to 200 full and part-time employees, for its new 35,000 square-foot brewery/cinema concept. Flix will open a dedicated off-site hiring center in Downtown Chandler’s Square, located at 58 W. Buffalo Street, Suite 100. On Monday, November 5 Flix will start accepting walk-in applicants for all open positions. Flix will also host a full all-in-one hiring fair on Friday, November 16 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Flix is seeking to fill front and heart of house positions for its first Arizona location, including line cooks, servers, bartenders and box office hosts. Flix is offering competitive hourly wages, and in following suit with current industry trends, is starting employee salaries at a living wage. New hires will be provided with in-house training opportunities and achievement based compensation, with some positions also getting commission. Employees will also enjoy free movies, free post-shift beer or draft root beer, flexible schedules and other employee discounts.
