CBRE announced today that Jackie Orcutt and John Grady have joined the firm’s Phoenix office as First Vice Presidents. Ms. Orcutt and Mr. Grady are two of the top industrial professionals in the metro area. Now part of CBRE’s market-leading Industrial & Logistics Services group, the duo will continue to focus their attention on providing sales and leasing services for industrial properties.

Ms. Orcutt and Mr. Grady come to CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield, where they have partnered as senior directors in industrial leasing and sales. Top performers for C&W, they were the firm’s leading industrial leasing team for the Phoenix office for the past two years.
Ms. Orcutt started with C&W in 2011. In her five years with the company she completed more than 11 million sq. ft. of transactions valued at over $510 million dollars. In addition to her consistent presence at the top of local production lists, at C&W’s most recent national industrial conference, she was named the firm’s Rising Star. Prior to her role at C&W, she began her real estate career at CBRE in 2007.
Outside of the office, Ms. Orcutt is an active and influential member of the business and real estate communities. In 2014, she was named to AZ Business magazine’s list of Top 20 Most Influential Women in Arizona, and in 2013 was included in AZRE magazine’s 40 Under 40. An active member of AZCrew, she previously served as the group’s director of the PR & Outreach and Membership committees, and is President Elect for the 2017 calendar year. Additionally, she is a member of SIOR, and she is active in the ULI Partnership Forum program.
Mr. Grady began his real estate career with C&W in 2007. Over the course of his career he has been involved in more than 500 industrial real estate transactions in both sales and leasing. In 2015, Mr. Grady was C&W’s top individual performing industrial broker in metro Phoenix. A consistent top performer, Mr. Grady was named C&W’s Phoenix Rookie of the Year and Emerging Broker of the Year in 2007 and 2013, respectively.
