Velocity Retail Group’s Dave Cheatham, Darren Pitts, and Morgan Danhoff represented California Fish Grill in a 3,183-square-foot location at Mesa Grand, located at the southeast corner of the U.S. 60 Freeway and Stapley Drive in Mesa.

The Landlord is Mesa Grand/Spectrum, LLC, an entity controlled by DSW Commercial Real Estate of Tucson.

The restaurant currently has 38 locations throughout Southern California. This is the company’s first location for Arizona.
