A luxury Scottsdale home owned by San Francisco Giants Executive Vice President Brian Sabean has sold for $1.35 million and a record breaking $336.40 per square foot for the Scottsdale Mountain market. Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty agents Nicole Humphrey and Tracy Fitzgerald listed the property at 12942 East Corrine Drive in Scottsdale.
“This is the highest price per square foot for a single-level home in the last year, which is a record-breaking sale. The Sabeans strategically navigated through the sale of their home, waiting for the right buyer who brought top dollar and were able to close in record timing,” said Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realtyagent Nicole Humphrey.
The 4,013-square-foot home features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and scenic mountain and desert views. There were multiple offers on the luxury Scottsdale home.
