Recognizing a gap in the West Valley market for a high-quality flooring and home furnishing product showroom providing a workspace for designers, Tony Singh and Ramsey Dietrich opened Paradigm Floorcoverings to cater to the wholesale, retail and commercial community.
The Paradigm line includes ceramic and porcelain tile, natural stone, outdoor products, furniture, rugs, vanities, cabinets and installation products.
The 6200-square foot showroom includes the Paradigm Design Studio, a workspace for designers to creatively plan and consult with their clients. “We recognized there was a lack of offering for this concept in the West Valley,” said Paradigm Co-Founder Tony Mangat. “We saw a need to create a community space where customers are comfortable from the moment they walk into our showroom and where designers have a space to work with clients. We want customers to receive friendly, personable service in a setting that feels more like a home where experts answer their questions and help them choose what they want by showing them how products will look.”
Twenty-year industry veteran and Paradigm Co-Founder Ramsey Dietrich said, “We are excited to bring this concept to the West Valley community. There are big box retail stores that sell similar materials, but Paradigm provides white glove service. It’s not just about shopping for materials. We will meet you at the door, give you a drink, sit down with you and work with you to design out your space. There’s nobody on this side of town offering this service, the breadth of products for a variety of budgets — and a space where designers can work.”
Paradigm Floorcoverings already has plans to expand with a private label brand and with four to five more stores by the end of 2018. The company also has a Paradigm Surfaces store in Surrey, Canada and distribution centers in Glendale, AZ and Indianapolis.
