Pedal Haus Brewery announced its newest location will open Thursday, November 18 at the MonOrchid building in the heart of the Roosevelt Row Arts District of Phoenix. The eatery will be taking over the back half of the iconic building located at 214 E. Roosevelt St. in Phoenix.

This will be the third Pedal Haus location for owner Julian Wright with the eatery joining fellow concepts Kahvi Coffee + Café and eventually Sake Haus in the same building.

“After working on this location for two years, as well as being a resident of the Roosevelt Row area, I am psyched to be finally opening our Pedal Haus location in Phoenix.” said Wright. “It’s been a long, tough road with the pandemic and supply chain delays, but we’ve put together a great team of high energy people and we’re ready to rock.”

Pedal Haus Phoenix will be a total of 6,000 square feet inside and have a large patio on the east side of the property. Wright plans to build a second story open air bar and mezzanine deck to catch the sunset and glimmer of downtown Phoenix. A mix of low and high-top tables and tufted booths will accommodate approximately 300 guests. As you walk down the alley to the main entrance, guests will be greeted by lots of planters and a 20’ silo with the Pedal Haus logo across the front.

The interior of the Phoenix location combines existing raw concrete columns, a beautiful arched wooden ceiling and a stage for live music, areas for private events, and beer taps at the host stand.

Pedal Haus beers will be brewed at the Tempe location and delivered fresh daily. Fans of Pedal Haus can expect favorite signature dishes such as haus smoked wings, massive pretzels, healthy salads, a German-style charcuterie board, pizzas and popular burgers. Pedal Haus Tempe is also known for its extensive vegan and gluten free menus, which will be available in Phoenix a few months after opening.

Pedal Haus Brewery has been gaining notoriety in the local craft beer scene since 2015 when it opened its location on Mill Avenue in Tempe. Since then, the popular brewery has won over 34 medals and awards including Best Brewery in the United States at the 2019 Copa Cerveza de Americas and a gold medal for the Biere Blanche at the 2021 North American Beer Awards. Brew Master Derek Osborne will continue to manage the beer lineup.
