If you are looking to take your morning pick-me-up to the next level, try the below recipes which combine your favorite sweets with some serious espresso.

• Cereal Milk Latte. Espresso mixed with Cap’n Crunch cereal milk and topped with cereal pieces, it’s like drinking milk from the bottom of the cereal bowl with a kick of caffeine.

• S’mores Mocha: Espresso poured over our house-made mocha sauce and marshmallows for a sweet chocolatey treat, combined with milk of your choice – served hot or iced.

• Salted Carmel Latte: Our rich house-made salted caramel sauce mixed with espresso and milk. No artificial syrups here, just sweet, buttery caramel sauce and house-roasted espresso for an elevated coffee drink you won’t want to miss out on!

Cereal Milk Latte

Ingredients you will need:

• Your choice of coffee – We use Giddy Up Coffee Co. coffee.

• Your choice of cereal milk (choose your favorite cereal seep in your milk of choice for at least an hour and up to overnight)

• Whole milk/milk of choice

• Cap’n Crunch Berries cereal

Directions:

Step one: Pull a double shot of espresso

Step two: Combine with 8 ounces of cereal milk

Step three: Mix in ice for a cold cereal milk latte

Step four: Top with pieces of Cap’n Crunch Berries cereal for a little crunch and a lot of photo-worthiness

S’mores Mocha

Ingredients you will need:

• Your choice of coffee – We use Giddy Up Coffee Co. coffee.

• Dark chocolate mocha sauce

• Marshmallows

• Your choice of milk

Directions:

Step one: Pull a double shot of espresso

Step two: Pour over 30 grams of dark chocolate mocha sauce and stir

Step three: Add 15 grams of marshmallows

Step four: Once mocha sauce is dissolved with espresso, combine with steamed milk of choice – or pour over milk

Step five (optional): Stir in ice for a cold s’more mocha.

Salted Carmel Latte

Ingredients you will need:

• Your choice of coffee – We use Giddy Up Coffee Co. coffee.

• Salted caramel sauce (we love our house-made salted caramel, but feel free to use store bought caramel sauce)

• Your choice of milk

Directions:

Step one: Pull a double shot of espresso

Step two: Combine with 20 grams of salted caramel sauce until sauce is dissolved

Step three: Pour espresso and caramel mixture into milk and ice

Step four: Stir to combine

Cereal Milk Latte, which can pair with an Ahoy Cap’n donut, a brioche yeast-raised donut with a vanilla glaze topped with Cap’n Crunch Berries cereal

S’mores Mocha, which can pair with the Gimme S’mores donut, a brioche raised donut with a chocolate glaze, graham cracker crumble, and torched marshmallows

Salted Carmel Latte, which can pair with an I Like It A Latte, yeast-raised donut with our house coffee glaze topped with a dusting of ground espresso
