Professional Sports Catering, LLC, in conjunction with the City of Goodyear, announced a partnership today where Professional Sports Catering will manage all aspects of the food service at Goodyear Ballpark (Spring Training home of Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds), including the entire Cactus League season and any event taking place on the grounds.
“From the moment we met the executive management team at Goodyear Ballpark we knew we wanted to become partners,” said Tom Dickson, CEO of Professional Sports Catering. “Their staff is energetic and passionate about delivering a great experience to all fans whether they are local residents or visiting from Ohio. We look forward to making significant changes around the ballpark to help make Goodyear Ballpark a top attraction in the Cactus League.”
Over the past nine years, Professional Sports Catering experienced tremendous growth throughout minor league baseball.
As a partner of now twenty-five venues across the country, PSC’s commitment to live cooking and ‘POSITIVELY OUTRAGEOUS’ guest service has allowed it to become the largest in minor league baseball.
“We have found that the same approach that has been so successful in minor league baseball translate very well to the spring training environment,” said Dickson. “We are excited that the Goodyear staff feels the same way.”
“We are excited about this partnership with PSC and the creativity they bring to food service,” said Bruce Kessman, General Manager of Goodyear Ballpark “With the re-branding of the concession stands and the new food options available this season, I’m sure our fans will be pleased as well.”
