NOBANA, Arizona’s newest Asian-inspired ghost kitchen, is now open for business via DoorDash, UBER Eats and Postmates. Created by the owner of Wildflower, a 25-year old locally owned and operated Arizona restaurant concept, NOBANA offers flavor-packed bone broth and gluten-free noodle bowls, salads and wraps. With its “give ramen a rest” attitude, the Asian-inspired concept lets your tastebuds travel from the comfort of your own home and naturally incorporates vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options into its chef-driven menu.

“At Wildflower, we have always taken an unexpected, elevated and thoughtful approach to the guest experience,” said Louis Basile, founder and owner of Wildflower. “As we’ve continued to grow and innovate, launching a new venture was a natural progression for us and we are excited to deliver the new flavors of NOBANA with the same level of quality and value our guests love about Wildflower.”

The name NOBANA culturally translates to “wildflower” in Japanese and the concept’s menu explores a variety of Asian flavors. Developed by chef Chris Mayo, who has been bringing fresh ideas to Arizona restaurants for more than 20 years, NOBANA is a creative culinary expression of Chris’ love for Asian-inspired cuisine and celebrates foodies who love to explore tastes from different cultures.

NOBANA currently serves the North Scottsdale Area, operating as a ghost kitchen out of the Sonora Village Wildflower location, with plans to expand to additional Wildflower locations around the Valley later this year.
