Kent Circle Partners (Scott Seldin, president) announces two new restaurants joining the Shops at Gainey Ranch. Corso Italia and Carbòn Mexican Kitchen will complement longtime tenants Yama Sushi & Asian Cuisine and Wally’s American Pub ‘n Grille. This is a highly anticipated line-up of dining options in the neighborhood shopping center with four first-rate local operators. The center is 100% leased.

Corrado La Macchia and partners have leased 4,592 square feet for his new Corso Italia, an authentic fine-dining experience and high-end Italian grocery market. This concept is the tenth restaurant for La Macchia, whose culinary accomplishments span Italy, Germany, New York, and locally Corrado’s Cucina Italiano in Carefree until selling in 2022. Corso Italia’s targeted opening date is December 1st. Randi Brandfass with Southwest Commercial RE LLC represented Corso Italia, and José Ramirez with OX Urban Properties represented the landlord.
Carbòn Hospitality Group, LLC has leased 2,590 square feet for its casual 100-seat open-fire Mexican cuisine concept. The owner-operator, Danny Quinn, has Pubblico Italian Eateries in Scottsdale and Phoenix and Rockefeller’s Seafood Concepts in McCormick Ranch. Carbòn’s simple and delicious upbeat menu starts with wood-fired proteins consisting of ribeye, marinated chicken, pork shoulder, and shrimp. Quinn plans to have the restaurant open in February 2024. José Ramirez with OX Urban Properties represented the tenant and the landlord in this transaction.
Shops at Gainey Ranch, located at 7704 E. Doubletree Ranch Road in Scottsdale, is a 30,591 SF retail center on a 3.38-acre site east of the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa. In addition to the restaurants, 4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions, My Salon Suite, Diva Lashes Salon, Quail Run Needlework, and State Farm Insurance are in the shopping center.
