Liv URBN has broken ground on Contour on Campbell Ave., a collection of 111 luxury urban condominiums in the heart of the Campbell Avenue, a neighborhood in Phoenix, which spans the Camelback and Indian School business corridors.

Contour on Campbell Ave., located at 2300 E. Campbell Ave., represents a new typology in condominium communities, with amenities catering to the homebuyer seeking an urban lifestyle replete with authenticity, quality materials, artful design and connection to the greater community.

Intrinsic to the name ‘Contour’ is the idea of living within the natural lines of a place. Liv URBN and design partners Gould Evans Associates had locale-centric design and neighborhood integration at the fore of their decision making on this project, influencing how the structures are sited on the property, what materials are employed in construction and finishes, and the treatment of amenities.

Contour on Campbell Ave. includes one- and two- condominiums, ranging in size from 1,000 to 1,700 square feet.  Pre-opening prices start in the mid-$300’s and are expected to increase soon due to early demand.

The community is proximate to a growing array of new and local favorite restaurants, neighborhood hangouts, shopping and entertainment. For the active resident, there is a network of urban biking and hiking trails accessible nearby. Freeway access and proximity to downtown and major business districts puts Contour residents at a centrally convenient location in Phoenix’s uptown urban core.
