Have you ever wanted to learn how to make your own pasta? Gina’s Homemade, a specialty food company in Scottsdale, is offering three Pasta Making classes, April 2, 9 and 16 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Founded in 2010 by Gina and Christopher Buskirk, Gina’s Homemade began their business using simple family recipes for biscotti. Slowly, their product line has grown to include some of the most delectable Italian artisan soft cheeses in the United States. After the success of Gina’s Homemade’s Italian Cheese Making 101, they’ve decided to continue the fun with a Pasta Making class.
Learn how to make three types of pasta at this hands-on lesson, and enjoy pizza, pasta and wine tastings. Each class is limited to 20 guests, so reserve your space now at ginashomemade.com/cooking-class or call (480) 882-0787 with questions. The class is $30, plus tax.
