Quality Project Management, LLC (“QPM”), an Arizona-based program and project management company specializing in construction management and planned capital improvements for Fortune 500 companies, has changed its name to EMG.  In September, 2014, the company merged with Maryland-based EMG to become the largest project management and technical assessment company in the United States.

The QPM and EMG leadership teams carefully integrated the companies over the past year to deliver more geographic coverage, services throughout the life cycle of real estate and subject matter expertise to their clients.  To commemorate the singular brand, QPM has formally assumed the EMG name, and the company has created a new logo and re-launched its company website.  EMG’s primary offices will remain in Owings Mills, Maryland and Tempe, Arizona with satellite offices in Florida and California.

Ronald F. Stupi, EMG’s Senior Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, said, “As one company and brand, EMG is now able to offer one seamless point of contact for unbiased, timely, and accurate engineering, environmental, capital planning, and project management services across the nation.”

Said EMG President, Nestor Benavides, “QPM and EMG have been offering services as one firm since our merger last year.  That said, having one name and brand helps our value proposition shine brighter and become clearer to both existing and prospective clients. It also unifies our dedicated professionals under one set of values and mission statement.”
