Gilbert-based construction company, Benson Construction, is constructing a LuxeLocker storage facility in Goodyear, Ariz. They will break ground on the site on December 12.

The new storage facility will be located near the Phoenix-Goodyear Airport at 14585 West El Sol. Construction begins December 2024 with a year build, setting an opening date for January 2026. Once construction begins, 61 luxury units will be available for pre-purchase.

This is LuxeLocker’s ninth property in the state, and third in the Valley. The facility spans an impressive 140,090 square feet, featuring 206 units averaging 750 square feet each. Among these, 145 units are available for rent, offering 14-foot tall powered overhead doors, LED lighting, and 110V outlets. In addition, 61 luxe units will be sold as individually owned condominium units. Amenities at the gated property include a cutting-edge Avigilon security system, climate-controlled storage, a wash bay, on-site restrooms, an RV dump station, air compressor, and fresh water.
