Meritum Sonoran Desert is located on the corner of Sonoran Desert Drive and 29th Avenue in Phoenix. Nearby attractions include hiking at Sonoran Preserve, quick access to HonorHealth Sonoran Crossing Medical Center, shopping at Happy Valley Towne Center, as well as local eateries, such as Azool Grill and LIMóN Urban Kitchen. Residents will conveniently find everything they need in close proximity, making Meritum Sonoran Desert an ideal place to call home. Arizona’s second Meritum community is anticipated to begin pre-leasing in late summer, 2024.  

The Meritum Sonoran Desert design and construction team includes: Davis as the architect, IDM Builds as the general contractor and Hilgart Wilson as the civil engineer.
