The three-story garden-style property will feature spacious one- and two-bedroom units averaging 922 square feet, designed to meet the growing demand for quality rental housing in the East Valley. The development will include extensive amenities such as a spa, fitness center, dog park, pet spa, co-working lounge, electric vehicle charging stations, and additional resident services.
“The Homestead at Lehi represents our commitment to delivering high-quality housing solutions that enhance community living,” said Jim Bulsiewicz, vice president at Evergreen Devco. “This project showcases our expertise in creating thoughtfully designed communities that offer residents premium amenities and convenient access to everything the East Valley has to offer.”
The project has garnered support from local leadership, with Mesa officials welcoming the new development to the area.
“We’re excited to welcome The Homestead at Lehi to Mesa, as this development will provide much-needed quality housing options for our residents while contributing to our city’s continued economic growth,” said Mark Freeman, mayor of the City of Mesa.
The Homestead at Lehi brings together an experienced team of industry professionals. MT Builders serves as the general contractor, while BMA Architecture provided the architectural design. Atwell handles engineering and construction services, and Collaborative V contributed landscape architectural and land planning expertise.
Construction is expected to be completed August of 2027, with initial leasing anticipated to begin February of 2026. The development will provide more than 300 construction jobs during the building phase and contribute to Mesa’s growing residential inventory.
