The Vanderwey Family, which owns significant holdings in the area, has not announced plans for the property. Displaying their continued commitment to Buckeye and the West Valley, this purchase serves as a strategic expansion of their existing portfolio.

“The execution of this transaction was seamless and it was a pleasure to have the opportunity to work with two families with such deep roots in the Arizona community,” said Sproul. “This sale is indicative of the state’s growth prospects, as end users, developers and speculators continue to drive demand for large tracts of land.”
