Arizona Sports Medicine Center (ASMC), a premier orthopedic group, is building a new 34,000-square-foot medical office building in Scottsdale, a key addition to Sierra Bloom, a 43-acre mixed-use comprehensive healthcare and lifestyle development going up along the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.

This will be ASMC’s flagship location and, as part of the Abrazo Medical Group, will provide a comprehensive place to get leading multidisciplinary orthopedic care.
Project officials broke ground last October and the next big step will be the topping out celebration scheduled for March 2026.
“We’ll be offering sports medicine, imaging, and other advanced medical services designed to meet the growing healthcare needs of the Scottsdale community,” said Dr. Amon Ferry, Orthopedic Surgeon, Arizona Sports Medicine Center.
The building is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026; in the meantime, the providers will continue to see patients in their existing clinics throughout the Valley.
“This project reflects our continued commitment to developing high-quality healthcare services and environments that support providers and improve patient access to specialized medical services in this part of the Valley,” said Brian Elisco, AZ Group CEO, Abrazo Health.
Arizona Sports Medicine Center is a group of 22 orthopedic providers offering:
- Orthopedic Surgery Sports Medicine
- Sports Medicine
- Joint Reconstruction
- Foot and Ankle
- Hand and Elbow
ASMC is partnering with Hammes, a national real estate consulting, development, investment and management firm, and working with NOVO Development to produce the state-of-the-art Sierra Bloom campus.
