Atavia will break ground in August, with an anticipated completion date of late 2027.
The demand for Atavia’s thoughtful, space-maximizing floorplans and community amenities has led to the first phase of the development being 50% sold during pre-sales, with those contracts now binding following the receipt of the public report. This critical approval marks the next milestone in the development process for this highly anticipated community, priced from the mid-$800s to $1.7 million.
