In terms of plans for the land, developers are proposing two mixed-use buildings with a total of 123,000 square feet of office space, 69,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and 746 parking spaces on 6.6 net acres.

The buyer is an entity tracing to Scottsdale Bullion and Coin. The seller was Core Center of Scottsdale.
