Clayton Homes bought 185 partially finished single-family residential lots in Coolidge for $13,654,650, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda. The price breaks down to $73,808.92 per lot.
The land is located at the northeast corner of Northern Avenue and Vah Ki Inn Road in Coolidge.

The seller was Richmond American Homes. The buyer’s broker was Ben Heglie of Land Advisors.
The lots are expected to be part of the Cross Creek Ranch residential development.
