Jeff Hays, Sr. Vice President – Corporate Services on the Sales & Leasing Team at Commercial Properties Incorporated represented the owners, Paul & Marilyn Teagle Family Trust, as well as the buyer, 5970 Marion Drive, LLC. Hays commented, “The property is fully air-conditioned with heavy power, overhead bridge cranes, an auxiliary generator, and a fenced yard for equipment storage.”
5970 Marion Drive, LLC purchased the property for $4,080,000 or $163.20 per square foot.
