Arroyo Roble Hotel is located at 400 N. State Route 89-A in Uptown Sedona, within walking distance of some of the area’s finest shops, galleries and restaurants, and adjacent to the Sedona Arts Center.

“This property originally piqued our interest because of its unique location in uptown Sedona and its proximity to the Sedona Arts Center,” said Randy McGrane, Ensemble managing director and CEO. “Now that the purchase is complete, we look forward to being a productive member of the community and a strong supporter of the Sedona Arts Center.”

As part of this commitment, Ensemble plans to purchase and display artwork from the Sedona Arts Center on an ongoing basis.

“Having Ensemble purchase the Arroyo Roble Hotel will be a wonderful benefit to our community,” said Vince Fazio, executive director of the Sedona Arts Center. “We are thrilled with our new neighbors and look forward to many years of productive and creative partnership.”

The Best Western Plus Arroyo Roble Hotel & Creekside Villas property has 65 guest rooms, including five oversized rooms, seven two-bedroom villas and a two-bedroom cottage.

“The hotel provides tremendous opportunity to showcase the spirit of Sedona and its residents as shown through the eyes of its local artists,” said McGrane. “We are mindful of the challenges facing uptown Sedona and intend to be patient and measured in our approach to any updates we make to the property. Our first priority is to be a good neighbor and identify solutions that support our community.”

The hotel will continue to be managed by Aimbridge Hospitality. The purchase will have no impact on staffing at the hotel.
