Phoenix Commercial Advisors facilitated the sale of Shops at Cooley Station, two hard-corner shop buildings shadow anchored by Fry’s Marketplace. The property, located on 2.72 acres on the southeast corner of Recker and Williams Field roads at 4049 E. Williams Field Road, Gilbert, Ariz., sold for $10,000,000 or $628 per square foot.
The shop buildings, totaling 15,912 square feet, were 100 percent leased to an excellent blend of local and national tenants, including Pacific Dental, Wing Stop, F45, Little Caesars, Life Quest and My House. Chad Tiedeman at Phoenix Commercial Advisors represented the seller in the transaction.

“This shopping center remains popular for tenants and investors alike,” said Chad Tiedeman. “The shadow anchor Fry’s Marketplace draws a lot of traffic from the surrounding trade area, which is affluent and includes several new multi-family complexes and neighborhoods. The developer and general contractor created a first-class commercial development.”
