Phoenix Commercial Advisors facilitated the sale of The Union at Gilbert, a shopping center anchored by EOS Fitness. The center, located on 8.79 acres on the southwest corner of Higley and Pecos roads at 3300-3310 S. Higley Road, Gilbert, Ariz., sold for $15,825,000 or $286 per square foot.
The two buildings, totaling 55,283 square feet, were 100 percent leased by the EOS Fitness anchor and a complementary mix of internet-resistant food and service retailers, including Fantastic Sams, Athletico Physical Therapy, Bahama Buck’s, and Celebrity Tanning among others. John Schweikert and Chad Tiedeman at Phoenix Commercial Advisors represented the seller in the transaction.
